How is the service priced?
The preview costs nothing. Your subscription starts only when you point your own domain at the finished site. After that the price is 9.99 €/month (VAT 0 %) on a yearly plan. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. See pricing.
How long does it take to build a site?
Typically about 30 minutes. You follow the build live and get an email when the site is ready. Larger sites can take a little longer.
How is the site edited?
Mostly through the Kamu agent: you ask for changes in your own words on WhatsApp, in Studio or in chat, and publish them when you are happy. When you want precise control over the wording, you can also edit and manage texts and content directly in the editor.
How is the site maintained?
We handle all the technology: servers, backups, updates and the HTTPS certificate. You never install or update anything. If something breaks, we fix it.
I already have a website. Can I renew it?
Yes. Enter your current site address in the form and Kamu reads the services, contact details and texts into the proposal. You check the details before building, and the new site is built on your existing content.
Will the site show up on Google?
The sites themselves follow search engine best practices: fast loading, mobile, heading structure and metadata. Visibility also takes work outside the site, such as adding it to Google Search Console and your business profile. We guide and help you with these search and AI visibility (SEO and GEO) matters.
Can I get help from a human if I get stuck?
Yes. Kamu handles the everyday changes, but behind it is a Finnish team that helps by email when something does not work or you need something the basic service does not cover.
Can I get the source code of my site?
Yes. On request you get the complete source code of the site. If you ever want to move to another provider, you can take the site with you.
